Who we are crocheta.art is operated by The Elixir Agency, a single-member LLC, 5830 E 2nd St, Casper, WY 82609, United States ("we", "us"). By using this site or buying from us, you agree to these terms.

Products We sell digital crochet patterns (PDF), crochet kits and ready to wear crochet. We describe products as accurately as we can; colours may look slightly different on screen.

Digital patterns: licence When you buy a PDF pattern, you get a personal, non-transferable licence to use it for your own making. You may not share, resell or republish the file or its photos. You're welcome to sell the finished items you make from our patterns.

Prices and payment Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) unless another currency is shown at checkout. No GST is charged. We may change prices at any time, but you pay the price shown when you order. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we don't store your card details.

Orders We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a product is unavailable or a pricing error occurs; if so, we refund you in full.

Liability To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law or other consumer laws that apply to you.

Changes We may update these terms. The version on this page when you order applies to your order.
