How do PDF patterns work?
You check out, and your download link appears on the order confirmation page and in your email. Nothing is posted to you.
Which crochet terms do you use?
Our patterns come in UK/AU crochet terms and US crochet terms, so you can follow the one you learnt. There's also a free UK vs US terms cheat sheet.
Do kits get posted, and what does shipping cost?
Yes. Shipping is free on every crochet kit to Australia, the United Kingdom and the United States. Delivery takes 5–10 working days within Australia and 10–12 to the UK and US, and you'll get an email when your order ships.
Which currency are prices in?
Australian dollars (AUD).
I'm stuck on a row. Can you help?
Yes. Send us a message with the pattern name and the row number.
Can I print my pattern?
Yes. Print it at home, or follow along on your phone or tablet.
Can I get a refund on a PDF?
Because a PDF can't be returned once it's downloaded, please check the details before you buy. If your file won't open or something is wrong with the pattern, message us within 30 days. See our refund policy.
Can I sell what I make from your patterns?
Yes. The crochet pieces you make from our patterns are yours, and you're welcome to sell them. The PDF pattern itself is for your personal use only: please don't share, copy or resell the file.
